What currency are items priced in?
Poshmark: All items are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD).


How long does shipping take?
Poshmark: Orders are shipped on the next business day via Canada Post.


Where do you ship?
Poshmark: Shipping is available to all addresses within Canada, including PO Boxes.


Can I track my order?
Poshmark: Yes, tracking numbers and status updates can be found under “My Purchases” on the Poshmark app or website.


What about returns or exchanges?
Poshmark: All sales are final. However, every purchase is covered by Poshmark Protect. If an item does not arrive or does not match the description, a case can be opened through the app within 3 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are not accepted for fit or change of mind.


When are the auctions?
Poshmark: Check the Poshmark Closets for the next scheduled auctions.


Smoke-Free Home?
Preloved items are stored in a cigarette-free and air freshener free home, and smoke free room. Frankincense and cannabis are burned in the same house. Some items are washed using Arm & Hammer detergent and no dryer sheets. 

While I try to minimize odors, I cannot guarantee an item will be completely scent-free due to sensitivities.
