How much do your items cost?

Everything is always at the lowest possible price. You’ll never see sales or temporary discounts.

 What Fabrics are used?

Most clothing items are 100% cotton. Check the description for details. 

What currency are items priced in?

Check to make sure that it's set to your location in the menu bar.

 Can I request a style variation or colour that I don't see?

Yes, sign up as a free member to leave a comment to see if it can be done. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed as close to you as possible and shipped by Fourthwall, typically within 5–10 business days, though timing may vary depending on your location.

Where do you ship?

Fourthwall ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number from Fourthwall.

What about returns or exchanges?

Since items are printed to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, you can report it through the contact page within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

 How much do your items cost?

 Are Preloved Items washed? 

Machine washable items without 'new' tags are washed with Arm & Hammer detergent and dried without a dryer sheet. Baking soda and vinegar are added separately to the washes as needed.

Smoke Free Home?

Cigarette free home, clothes are stored in a smoke free room. Marijuana and frankincense are burned in the same house. 

Items that are purchased between Friday and Monday at 5am EST are washed and packaged in a laundry room that is separate from the house.

 What currency are items priced in?

All items are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped on the next business day through Canada Post. 

Where do you ship?

Shipping from Ontario, Canada, internationally. Please note that buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.

Can I track my order?

Yes, find it under the Activity section in your Purchases tab on Whatnot.

What about returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, every purchase is covered by the Whatnot Buyer Protection Policy. If an item does not arrive or does not match the description, you can contact Whatnot Support through the app within 14 days of delivery to report an issue.

 How much do your items cost?

Shipping is available to all addresses within Canada, including PO Boxes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can find your tracking number and status updates under "My Purchases" on the Poshmark app or website.

What about returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, every purchase is covered by Poshmark Protect. If an item does not arrive or does not match the description, a case can be opened through the app within 3 days of delivery for a refund.
