Why won't it ship from the country I chose?
Fourthwall automatically routes orders to the closest available distributor, but international shipping can sometimes happen if an item is out of stock locally. Checking your shipping details before checking out is a great way to avoid unexpected customs fees or longer delivery times.

Clothing items are 100% cotton. Check descriptions for details.
Currency?
Make sure your location/currency is set correctly in the menu bar.
Shipping?
Items are typically available to be printed in CA, US, and EU, plus more regions for some items. Orders are printed as close to you as possible and usually ship within 5–10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Returns or exchanges?
All items are printed to order, so sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Fourthwall within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

POSHMARK/PRELOVED FAQ
Find 90%+ Natural Fabrics at UschiOwl, and all other fabrics at UschiOwlCloset.
Where do you ship?
Poshmark: Shipping is available to all addresses within Canada, including PO Boxes.
What currency are items priced in?
Poshmark: All items are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD).
How long does shipping take?
Poshmark: Orders are shipped on the next business day via Canada Post or Purolator.
Can I track my order?
Poshmark: Yes, tracking numbers and status updates can be found under “My Purchases” on the Poshmark app or website.
What about returns or exchanges?
Poshmark: All sales are final. However, every purchase is covered by Poshmark Protect. If an item does not arrive or does not match the description, a case can be opened through the app within 3 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are not accepted for fit or change of mind.
When are the auctions?
Poshmark: Not typically. Everything is consistantly priced as low as possible. Check the Closets for scheduled auctions.
Smoke-Free Home?
Preloved items are stored in a cigarette and air-freshener free home, and smoke free room. Some items are washed using Arm & Hammer- detergent and no dryer sheets. While I aim to minimize odors, I cannot guarantee an item will be completely scent-free due to sensitivities.
