Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
All items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer preference, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or color preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing/manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will work with my production partner to investigate and help arrange a replacement or refund if they confirm the issue.

Cancellations and Modifications
Because orders are automatically sent to our production partner immediately after purchase to ensure fast shipping, we do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please review your cart, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing checkout.
